Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the hardware item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
